Prepare the Package
Place your eyewear securely in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new frames within 5-7 business days.
